None of the above? I rather judge him by his characters, his personality, what he choose to uphold and what he choose to denounce. Financial condition and looks are physical things we can see while intelligence is something abstract but how intelligence a man is depends on what interest you rating him from. Better just a man from what comes from his inside as a saying goes "it is not what goes into a man that defiles him, but what comes out from him".

The financial condition and the looks are not the most important factors for me.I think inner beauty is the most important factor.
