dr_ankita hi there! thx for sharing,nilgiri oil is also a wonderful oil for nasal congestion,nilgiri capsules are available in the market,punchure one capsule and apply on the handkerchief and inhale softly,it relieves congestion!

dr_ankita hi,thx yes i need more info on this site as i had 40 credits and the amount is .09 this is so less i have 40 credits left..i getto click only 2 or 3 per day so how long will it take to become 5$ ?????????? haha months?

dr_ankita well i love experimenting with food,especially the left over food.. so if you have left over rice..take half cup of gram flour,minced spinach and mashed corns after boiling them...now add dry coriander,pepper,salt,red chilli powder now mix all the ingredients...
