Hi,
Sometimes, people like to go shopping because they feel stressful and they wanted to spend their money to release stress. some people go shopping because they want to buy stuff. Some people go shopping because they have nothing to do at home.
So, why do you want to go shopping? Are you just shop for fun?

i go out shopping but i spend and shop only if i require some things and i need it and i have to buy it, yes sometimes even this happens i like somethings and i want to buy it and this way i shop but releasing stress buy spending money i dont go for it and i dont think that it is a good idea and i think it is just waste of money. just to release stressi can do window shopping and walk around and have fun and this way i can release my stress but i buy only if i need it or if i like it.
and i dont do shopping for fun also and i feel it is also a waste of money and instead we can spend the same money to wacth a movie and this way we can enjoy and money is not wasted also.

I only go shopping when I actually need something. I shop for groceries, household supplies and clothes. I do not spend money on crap I don't need. I don't buy a lot of gifts for other people. I like to make things for people. I make crocheted blankets, washclothes, and other crafty things. It saves me a lot of money.

Mostly i go shoping to buy what i want. But i like you said above, i don't have enough money to do that silly thing (to myself is a silly thing). If i have nothing to do, i also go out , but not for shoping, i just want to have a walk. Or i can call some friends to play games or to talk with each other. I just know someone who suffer something unfortune would go shoping or eat a big mill.

I think that shopping can be an answer for a lot of emotionally-charged behaviors or situations. The thinks that someone buys can be a short term answer for covering up who they are or who they think they are or have become. But the cover up is only a quick fix for an underlying deeper problem that will end up manifesting in more and more self-destructing methods to answer the underlying problems that led someone to "shop" in the first place.
