and yes one more thing doctor, i read in one newspaper that a fat or giant person has less chances to be detected drunk with that usual breath test,because of high metabolic rate, while a thin and small person pocess a greater chances to be caught while driving after drinking, because of his low metabolic rate. how far true is this acccording to your openion???

hmmm... doctor as far as i am concerned, i will say that this rule is much profitable for the police men who are themself already drunk. i have seen many time, during night the police men become more alert for checking the drunk driver, and when they find one, they will ask for more money. and people generally bargain and they will settle for a in between price without ant receipt. so the police men earn enough to pay for the peg for that night... on the brighter side, yes this rule will surely reduce the accident..
