You've gotten some good advice so far so here's the "right before you take the exam stress relief trick". Close your eyes and go to a place where you feel relaxed. My choice was always the beach. Relax your breathing while you look around this place and take in the scenery. You only do this for about a minute...then take a deep, relaxing breath and open your eyes. I've done this many times and it helps.

You have to relax, dominichan. A well rested and calm thinking will keep you away from any form of anxiety before and during examination. At least a day before the "judgement day", do what you love to do. A hobby perhaps, reading, surfing the net, playing video games or outdoor games will keep your mind from thinking the unthinkable and any unacceptable thoughts that would saboutage your preparation to take the exams. Plus get enough sleep the night before the big day, this will fully recharge your brain for a whole day of thinking and answering easy and not-so-easy questions.
Good luck on your exams!

I just sleep to reduce my stress. And I forget about the exam tomorrow and read generally. In college days I used to be hostel their girls create so much tension rather than I really feel. So I go to bed early and wake up at 2 or 3 am and read quietly with out disturbance.
