Can coffee be good for you?

While many people think that drinking coffee is a healthy habit, some experts say that it's very important for them to remember that coffee's main ingredient is caffeine-a'drug' that can be abused even in mild dosages.Although now,we all know that too much coffee is bad for our health, most of us cannot help but indulge into this addicting act.And though most research says that drinking 1-3 cups of coffee a day does not seem to have any negative effects in most healthy people, always make sure that you know the level of caffenie intake especially if you are undergoing any medications.

Some people drink 10 cups of coffee a day and are addicted. When they withdraw they become lethargic and get a headache. I think I read somewhere that coffee has anti-oxidants so there are some health benefits to coffee, unlike caffeinated drinks like Coca-Cola which have lots of sugar and phosphates.

Geesh... I think I'm in deep trouble... I drink coffee like everybody drink water... I don't think I've gone a day without having at least a pot of black coffee... I really should cut down...

I always drink decaf. Caffeine gives me a headache and stomachache and makes me jittery so I avoid it.
