what you prefer to buy pirated or original????

If I'm not mistaken, this is the second discussion from you which I responded to. If my memory serves me right, the first one was about the comparison between local stars Angel Locsin & Marian Rivera. Anyway, proceeding with your topic in this particular discussion, I must admit that my spouse and I are avid fans of international and local movies. He even purchases DVD copies of current movies just to satisfy himself. Honestly, these are most often pirated copies simply because, they are cheaper than original copies. Also, we got disgusted and disappointed when a burglar stole from our house a compilation of our original DVD copies of films; so we thought of just buying the pirated copies. With the global economic crisis looming over our horizon, I guess it's the more practical thing to do. In relation to this, I try to control spending on these things even if a local vendor visits us here in the workplace to sell pirated DVDs; and I just wait for the movies to be shown in local channels instead. This way, I wouldn't spend anything for them, except the minimal portion of electricity usage at home watching them.

I prefer the original DVDs and VCDs. They cost expensive than the pirated one but for sure satisfaction guaranteed. And original DVDs last for a long time.

My offline business is Video Rental. I hate pirated and i encourage our members to rent or buy the original one. I got my DVD and VCD from Odessey and Video City. buying pirated is like killing our movie industry and many of filipinos suffer for unemployment. Don't buy pirated because it will also destroy your VCD or DVD player. Best Regards, HULYO
