Do you have breakfast everyday?

Some people will be very tired everyday,for they have to work lots of hours everyday.The next morning they will wake up later,then go to work in a hurry so that they have no time to have breakfast.
I know some people have the same experience,but if we don't have breakfast,there will be not enough energy to supply.so it will do harm to our health.
To be honest,I always don't have breakfast, because I am too lazy.LoL

I don't eat a typical breakfast in the mornings with no ill effects actually.
But I do eat a meal at midnight or after most nights.

I eat breakfast everyday, either at home or at the office. I felt weak the whole day if I don't get the nourishment I need in the morning. Even I eat a lot of food at lunch and dinner if I did not get enough nourishment in the morning I still feel weak. But if I get good nourishment in the morning, I can skip lunch still ok till dinner. I don't know the reason but it's how my body react. My body is also used to eating rice in the morning and if I don't have rice, it's the same reaction, I feel not ok. For me breakfast is important and so I don't skip it.

You have formed a very good habit.I want to do that like you,but sometimes I am too hurry to have breakfast.We will feel weak if we have no breakfast,so the breakfast is very important to us.I will try to develop this good habit,it will make me stronger.Lol

I do try to have breakfast everyday. If I don't eat breakfast I get so hungry because my body is used to eating every morning. I stay at home with my son and only clean a few houses every few weeks so I have time to fix breakfast for my son and I.

I read somewhere that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. But even if I have that in mind, there are still times when I get to skip breakfast whenever I wake up late in the morning. Ideally, I would prefer to have a heavy breakfast because it sustains me even if I get to eat my lunch late. Its hard to concentrate on work when I am hungry. hehe

Yes,most people have the same experence as you.I am a member of them,too.Although most of us know that it is very important to have breakfast,we sometimes skip it.If we can get up early,it is necessary for us to have breakfast.It will do good to our health.

I usually eat breakfast unless I wake up late and don't have time. It wasn't until this year that I started eating daily though. Students do concentrate better in class if they've had breakfast, I know that for sure (at least, in my case).

me too. i cant go to work without eating breakfast. it is the most impotant meal of the day. i can survive without lunch and dinner but not without breakfast.

I try to eat breakfast but I'm usually in a hurry and just skip it to eat lunch instead. But when I do eat breakfast I love to make sausage/ham, egg and biscuit sandwich. Also with cream of wheat and cheese with tea and coffee. I'm a big breakfast eater!

Yes i have my breakfast everyday.I everytime make some time in the morning to eat breakfast.IF i eat breakfast in the morning.It gives me strength to do my whole day work.I have a healthy breakfast in the morning along with a glass of milk.

I'm same with you. As i'm a student study in food, i just want to warn the lazy guys, breakfast is the most important meal in a day, you will feel more tired and slower than others just because you didin't take breakfast. So just to form a good habit, and enjoy your life.

When I am in college, I can not promise that I can have breakfast everyday. Because sometimes I can not wake up early. But I think having breakfast everyday is a good habit.

I do eat something every morning. I might just have a cup of yogurt or a slice of toast. I use my appetite to guide me in general and can only think of times when I have been sick that I don't eat something.

If today I need to go to class I will have breakfast.On the contrary ,I always missed the breakfast time for lying in.But I know breakfast is very important,I will try .

I am one that seldom eats breakfast.
Well at least at the normal breakfast hours that is.
I do eat late at night/early morning though.
I stay up till 3 or 4 a.m. most days.
I do nor work other than being my fathers caregiver.
So I am home all day and the wife fixes hios breakfast.
I'll eat a breaklfast type meal about midnight or so most days.
SO all in all I guess I do eat it just not when I wake up.
I am not tired if I don't eat when I wake at 9 or 10 a.m. either.

I do have breakfast everyday. Usually instant oatmeal with fruit and protein powder, or rice krispies and rice milk, alittle brown sugar. For many years I didn't eat breakfast. Whenever I would eat breakfast, I would be just as hungry at lunch time, as if I didn't eat breakfast. I didn't give it a chance. Now that I am not working, my breakfast, especially the oatmeal, sticks to my ribs and I find that I am not hungry at lunch time. I've been wanting to try those six mini meals a day, cause I want to lose 25 lbs., but I onbly eat when I'm hungry, so I end up eating two meals a day. Breakfast and dinner. I do look forward to breakfast,though. My bf grazes all day long. He is always trying to tempt me with his mid afternoon snacks. I won't eat if I'm not hungry.

I eat breakfast every morning. I think it's the meal of the day and gets you going. I don't eat all that much - usually a scrambled egg and piece of toast, but I have to have something in my stomach after I get up in the morning. I know people who go all day without eating, and I don't think that's good for your metabolism.

Yep, I have cereal every day, and I usually try to finish it even though I'm often really tired. If I don't, I'll lose a lot of energy at school and become really hungry. o_o I tend to have a chocolate after my first class too, because it gives me energy for the two classes in the middle of then and lunch.

everybody knows that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. it produces energy for you to start a new day efficiently. however, it seems really difficult for me to wake up early in the morning, therefore i usually have breakfast at lunch time ^^ (btw, it can help me to save money lol)
