Monki883 you are so true,,, he needs to have visitation rights ,etc.. all set up.,,I'm on hopes that maybe they work things out before baby is born,,, this is the first one of her boyfriends I have really truely liked..:-(

Monki883 lol,,I would have to say I have never heard this word ,but definately would day that I am one,,I am always at the thrift shops & never pass a clearance rack,, I have gotten some very nice clothes & hosehold items this way,,never pass up a bargain!

Monki883 own my place,,well hubby & I both do,,lol,,a good way for people with no so great credit is to try for a FHA loan. We used my hubands VA loan 15 years ago. Bought the house & 2.3 acres of land for 62,000 today appraises at 120,000.
