my daughter is due to have my first grandbaby in July.Her and the babys father are no longer together.heres my problem with that,,,she doesn't think he should pay child support as long as he provides medical coverage,...

Monki883 you are so true,,, he needs to have visitation rights ,etc.. all set up.,,I'm on hopes that maybe they work things out before baby is born,,, this is the first one of her boyfriends I have really truely liked..:-(

I need to hear some ideas of how to stop my mentally challenged son from lying,, he knows the differnce between the truth and a lie. But he continues to tell me lies about things . and even though they are just little ones nowI...

Monki883 oh believe me this child gets lots of attention. as I said he is mentally challenged,,even though he is 18,,he funtions as between a 6-10 yr old in most areas. he is on a first grade academic level..his teachers seem to think he can't go further...

what would ya do??? I am kkinda happy about it now but wasn't yesterday,,,the good thing I can say is the babys father is stepping up to the plate to do his part. Just wondering what others would do?

Monki883 Thanks for all the comments on this issue.... I don't think they'll be getting married just yet,,,I don't think I shoud make them marry just because she is pregnant,, she says she loves him & maybe they will someday,,, but I am looking forward to my first...
