do you like all kind of vegetables and do you eat it daily ?.........

i know vegetables are healthy and need to have it daily. i dont like vegetables much but i somehow try to eat a few kinds like beans, potatoes, brinjals, peas and carrot and cook them and add flavours and prepare it and i think atleast three times i make mix vegetables or any vegetables. how often do you eat vegetables and do you like them ? please do share your likes with me and thanks.

Hi there! I do like vegetables and we try to eat vegetables every other day. I sometimes just eat steamed veggies or sometimes stir fry veggies! I like carrots, beans, potato, capsicum, cauliflower and Chinese cabbage.

I like veggies, but I like fruits better. Vegetables that I've tasted are cauli flower, broccoli, carrot, spinach, cucumber, and others. I love them.

yes fruits are comparatively tasty than vegetables and it is important we have atleast a few kind of vegetables if not all. atleast we need to eat the vegetables which we can get commonly and it is good for health and may be we can make vegetables tasty by adding some good flavours and ingredrients and cook so that we can easily have it.

I like to eat almost all kinds of vegetables, and I do eat vegetables daily. Actually, I need to have veggie in my every meal. I can eat without meat, but I don't think I can eat without veggies for my meals.

it is really good that you need vegetables in all your meals and it would surely help you maintain your health but in our case it is opposite atleast egg is needed most of the times and we would prefer to have nonveg but i would make sure that we eat vegetables also atleast three times a week, but your habbit is really good.

i like most every veggie but brussel sprouts & cooked spinach.i don't mind mind fresh spinach in a salad & i like spinach dip but i really don't like it cooked.

yeah vegetables are part of our day today food. they are very essenial to us and need to be consumed everyday for a better living. i like cauli-flower, peas, potato.

yes you are right vegetables are really important and we need to have them daily in order to keep ourself healthy and fit, vegetables really helps to keep ourself healthy and prevents diseases or avoids it.

No i dont like cabbage and califlower,i hate them,except them all vegitables i like to eat.Ofcourse i can prepare nice dish with them

for me all vegetables are alike and i hardly eat them but now after my wedding i have really learnt eating vegetables but very little and i think it is really important for an individual to consume a proper deit specially containing vegetables as it is really a great essential substance for our body and to be healthy and it makes important to consume vegetables. yes preparing in a different way and making it more tasty helps in intake of vegetables. so try out different dishes which tastes good and also keep ourselves healthy.

yes,of course,i like eat all kind of vegetables,because vegetables is good for healeth,nobody can leave vegetable for life.i do eat vegetable daily,it is necessary.many various type for vegetable,such as broccoli,carrot,cabbage,lettuce,potatoes are good taste for eating. happy mylotting and have a nice day.

I eat vegetables at least once a day and yes, I like eating them. I try to go for the healthier vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower. I usually steam them and try not to add to many seasonings like salt or oil.

Veggies are great! If it weren't for my wife, I would eat vegetarian food more often. (She loves a good steak. And, well, so do I.) Here's a great way to trick yourself into eating more vegetables: cut them into sticks and eat them with dip. Homemade hummus is quick to make, and tasty too. Cut up carrots, celery, red bell peppers, broccoli and dip them in the hummus. Mmmmmm. You can even spread the hummus in a whole wheat pita to make a veggie sandwich and that way you can add sprouts. (Sprouts are an excellent source of vitamins and minerals.) Try not to overboard with the dips. Smothering your veggies in high-fat salad dressings is sort of counterproductive.
