hope my recipe help you buddy,its delicious Emerald Ice Cream Parfaits 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream 3/8 cup cream de menthe 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping 1/2 cup chopped pecans Place 1 scoop of ice cream in a parfait glass or another clear glass. Drizzle 1 tablespoon cream de menthe over ice cream and add another scoop of ice cream and another tablespoon of cream de menthe and top with whipped topping and chopped pecans.

This may be what you are looking for. We call it Pistachio Salad. It takes two small boxes of pistachio pudding mixed with one large container of sour cream and a large container of Cool Whip. Then add pineapple chuncks and blend them in. I usually add the cool whip and sour cream a little at a time, so the consistancy is just right...sometimes you won't use the full container. You can also add mini marshmallows and coconut, your choice. This is a family favorite and I make it every holiday. I hope this helps and is what you are looking for. Happy Thanksgiving.
