friends on MyLot - how do you do it?

Hello you all! I am a newbie here on MyLot and just wondering how is getting friends going. Is that all right to add somebody as a friend even if I have only a few discussions? And what if he/she would not like it? And do I realise if someone added me as a friend? What are your "friend-strategy"? I would be very interested about these things, because I like to have some friends, but I do not want to bother others. So please if there is any informal "rule" about it, please let me know. Welcome to mylot losouler. I think most people on here will welcome you as a friend. They are all a really nice and a very friendly bunch. You can add me. I am old and boring but I love to chat. Take care and speak soon.

I can only say what I do and that is that I am honored to be friends with anyone. I am very easy going! haha
When I get a friend request, I go and check their profile and I try to answer at least one of the topics they have started.
The only time I refuse a request is if the person is simply spamming to join sites under them and has no real interest in discussions.
Oh yes - and welcome to Mylot. I hope you have as much fun here as I do.

hello buddy,
i think that there are no such informal rules here at my lot about making friends. we just make someone your friend whom you like and with whom you must have interacted. my lot is all about discussions and socializing. so here you respond to discussions and start one where people respond. and during these discussions comments are exchanged and by these comments you get to know about people. so by this when you like some one you add him or her up. this is what i do. but i think that you also can do something. you can first add people up and then have interaction with them.

Thank you. Yes, I love mylot as well because it is about socialising and interesting discussions. Just wanted to be sure, whether if it is ok to add up somebedy with whom a had only some discussions. But now I think it's abaolutely ok Lol. Thanks a lot. Happy mylotting!
