well, many doctors prescribe their patients who are especially overweight to 1. exercise 2. dance does dancing do any good to reduce weight? if so how?

I know a lot of people have things that make them not go to the doctor... fear of needles, fear of picking up something ELSE in the office, too busy, etc. etc. But do you hate goin to the doctor because of.... POOR CUSTOMER...
