does dancing do any good to reduce weight?

well, many doctors prescribe their patients who are especially overweight to 1. exercise 2. dance does dancing do any good to reduce weight? if so how?

chilils when you are burning and lavishing calories, the need to uptake is more pressing or you are really hungry. LOOK OUT!

I call them hustlers, I don't know anything else to call them. People in the parking lot of business's selling things. They approach you and ask you do you want to buy a CD or maybe a certain article of clothing, a gold chain....
