You can't. They are two different payment processors, and if they let e-money exchange it's not that beneficial for their business. They're like rivals so it won't work. You can do underground exchanges, but if you're caught, your account will be frozen. Have a good day.

that is true. but i have cash in alertpay. how can i transfer to my icici bank

Actually yes there is. You would need to use an e-currency exchanger. http://32z11Lodge.zzn.com does this. They are an HYIP & an exchanger. I have them listed on my review site as well http://wepayguide.blogspot.com
