Do you snore???

I'm afraid I do. I breathe trough my mouth which is a big culprit in the snoring department. I was operated twice to correct the problem - breathing trough the mouth instead of the nose, not the snoring LOL - but it didn't work and I still rarely breathe trough my nose. TO make it worse I also have sleep apnea LOL Hubby nudges me a bit if I snore, often just changing position helps a bit.

I dont know if I snore anymore I know I did a few years ago and it use to annoy my parents and sister when ever we went on vacation and I use to snore but I havnt heard anyone say I snore latley so I think I stopped that bad habbit which I hope I have.

I may at times snore but I don't think I do it all the time. I sleep alone and so there is no one to complain if I do snore. I might wake myself up from snoring so much because I dislike snoring too. Cheers!!

even i dont like snoring and i dont snore but i am a little disturbed from my husband as he snors and i really cant sleep in noise and i want a silence room to sleep well and i really feel harder to get sleep when there is a little noise also. my husband as he comes to bed he fall asleep and he starts snoring immediately as he sleeps and i keep trying to get the sleep and it really disturbs me and sometimes i will not be able to get sleep for long hours due to his snoring and i just try to disturb him a little so that he stops snoring and i can sleep but it is hard but cant help it and i have to manage.

My hubby does. I also have to shift his position to stop his snoring The position of pillows or slight pressure on the upper part ofthe nasal bone also beaks a snore successfully. Happy non snoring

I don't snore.I don't like snore too.I have 2 roommates snore.I can't sleep when they snored.Sometimes they talked in their sleep.But I didn't shake them when they snored.I choose to listen to the music or online when they disturb me when I sleep.
