all of us do mistakes in our life and i say it is good doing mistakes as it makes us more matured and make us aware of the world beyond our school ,it makes us a little resistant from misdeeds in our life and we do not make the same mistakes in our life.
but sometimes we make decisions which we think is good for us but later we find out that it was a big mistake this has happened to me and i am suffering a bit in the present i secured good marks in my tenth and i had to choose subjects for the 11TH class the thing in my mind was science stream and it was the same in my prents mind but the mistake happened that i wanted science with computers ,but got science with biology ,i thought i was the unluckiest person on earth.
there was only one thing left to do and that was to get good marks in my boards so that i can go to the computer stream and yes i was succesful in it i got computers after a month.
that was the good part the mistake was .....ihad choosen computers after all my effort i just came to the conclusion that computers was not my cup of tea then i came to know from my conscience that god had given me computers so that i become comfortable but now i never understood it .now i know there is only one way to improve this and it was to study hard even if it is tuff.i hope i will make to my destiny in lfe..yes i will!
so have you ever made a big mistake in your life?

Oh my gosh, tell me about it. I have so many mistakes in my life that I am now paying for now. I even had done a mistake a few months ago that has made me suffer it's consequences now.
But, I guess since there's no turning back, we can't do anything about it but remain calm and get the best of it. It's quite tough but that's life, there's no reset button nor time-out key (Pause). There's nothing you could do but move forward.
Things may happen in the past, but regrets won't do anything good. What is important is that you make th most of it. When life throws you lemons, make lemonade!
=)
Good luck!
Don't worry, just do your best to earn while on your field, if you have enough, then you can do anything else. But for now, move forward.
Don't dwell in the past.

every one has made mistakes if they tell you they have not they are lieing.and i am almost certain some one has made a mistake bigger than yours .i believe mistakes are made to learn from that is the positive side of it.maybe later in life you will find that you will use that extra education. good luck!

Yes. My husband and I made a big mistake of buying our home and moving to the area we live in now. We would love to live some place else now because it is totally miserable here now.

Well, who doesn't make mistakes in their life?
Everyone makes it. The question is, when you make the mistake, did you learn from it?
Did you move on from that mistake? or you prefer to wallow in self pity, griping about how the world is not fair to you?
We all hold the destiny of our life in our hands. If we make a mistake, we learn from it and move on.
As Yoda would have put it "Dwell on the could haves, we must not. Focus on the solution, we must....".
Make mistakes, yes. Learn from it, we must. For it is through mistakes, stronger we become.
I am sure you will be able to master the computing subjects just like you mastered the other subjects you are studying.
I too took up computing in my Uni days eventhough I did not have any prior knowledge. I sort of jumped into the frying pan without even checking if I can handle it or not. And conquered the subjects I did. I am now working in the computing industry and am grateful that I did what I did.

i may say not finishing my studies at college. though it was not mainly my choice it was my dad's choice. he needs some members for his band and it is a work for abroad. he encourage me and my brother to go along with him. i was not convinced at first for i really wanted to finish my studies but my dad said we can go back to school when we get back. but when we got back i didnt have the chance to go back to school. so now that entertainment business is no longer that boom on bands like us who plays covered songs i really felt bad and sorry for myself and als for my family. i am still trying my best to work hard but i wish i finished my studies instead.

when I was young, i thought, i was invincible!! I did things that at that time i never thought would somehow affect my future incredibly..
When things finally are taking it's toll, slowly thru the years, I looked back on how hard I abused myself by not eating healthy, which a few years ago resulted to diabetes. Bad decisions which resulted to getting pregnant out of wedlock. and unfortunately, many other mistakes..
But then, with all those mistakes, I have grown stronger and have become a much better person than when I was young. I stumbled and fell so hard, but learned to stand up and walk again with pride..
All things that happened, happened for a reason. We just have to widen our eyes to see the truth and what lies ahead..

As long as you're learning something, nothing is lost. What you have in your mind , once learned, no one can take it away from you.
Who knows how you're going to use what you do now?
Life is so full of unexpected turns-around.
Check if there is a way to change or combine with something else you like.
Maybe further down the way...
I know it's frustrating just right now, but believe me , everything happens for a reason, and you'll eventually find out why.
Good luck!!

I think that I have made my share of mistakes which is not a big deal in my mind because I do it all the time anyway. The good thing though is that there is always the chance to correct these mistakes and I learned how to use this feature of life and I use it very effectively in order not to keep on making the same mistakes. In a way you could say that I use mistakes to learn something new. Cheers!!

Hi jijomathew. Everyone make mistakes. Me too have made some. I made my mistakes trying to do the right thing so I don't regret for nothing. The good thing about mistakes is that we learn with them. Time doesn't wait none so keep the chin up and live.
Have a nice day.

Earlier while young, I questioned the existence of God from my rational and so called scientific mind.
It was my biggest mistake ever.
However as time passed and I got touched by his divine presence, I realised my mistake and surendered my life to the Lord.
Had I did this earlier, I would not have suffered agony in my soul.
