ladynetz I would not drink water during meals as water dillutes the gastric juices and the result is that the food does not get digested properly. You can have problems later with your stomach. Finish eating and then drink.This is my opinion.

ladynetz I think that people start to smoke or take drugs first of all because they want to show their friends their are "cool". After that they like it and slowly become addicted. Takes a long way and a strong will to get rid of these addictions in the long run....
