What do you do when you're depressed?

Lots of times I'm depressed lately and I feel that's no way out.Seems like no one cares, and my family just continues to make me miserable. Need advice!

Lately it happens that I'm more down than any other time.I get upset from nothing, and it seems that it takes longer and longer to get up and back to fighting station. Can it be just the age? What's you opinion?

hushi22 Possible. It could also be hormonal. Eat some banana or chocolate. Something with tryptophan. Whenever I feel down, I gaze at the happy photos of my bf and I and/or hang out at mylot and other networking sites. Hope u will feel better.

jugsjugs I do think that there are ghosts and in the past i have had to get aq vicar to come to my house as my son saw a person in our house.Aswell as my son seeing someone in our house we also had things that moved like the things that we had put down aswell as doors...

I know that without working, I can not give my family what they need. I don't talk about what they want, only about what they need. I work hard and still I have a very low paid job. I can not advance because there is no other job...

zausiu It's not easy to get a real knack for making money online. If you know very little about computer/internet technology, I recommend spending less time in making money online. There's full of scams on internet. As you must have found, it isn't worth of the time...
