Lately it happens that I'm more down than any other time.I get upset from nothing, and it seems that it takes longer and longer to get up and back to fighting station.
Can it be just the age?
What's you opinion?

Chocolate has always been my comfort food. I enjoy eating it and it takes away my blues. Chocolates eases my discomfort.

I usually read inspiring articles. You can try to look up the website of Bo Sanchez. He's an inspirational leader and I find his books very helpful everytime I am feeling low.
I also try to do a different thing which deviates from my usual routine. If for example I am supposed to do some chores now, I go out, go to the grocery or just take a walk, wandering aimlessly. When I get tired or my legs start to cramp, I go back or take a ride home. Even a walk around the block does wonders for me.
Maybe it has to do with age, or maybe they're just simply some hormonal changes. Try to divert your attention when you're starting to feel the blues again and do not allow yourself to go down even deeper. Call a friend or find friends online and do some chatting. Maybe you can try out some games on facebook. There are a lot of options so don't allow the bad mood overcome the good one...
Lastly, don't forget to pray... May God bless you.

When I feel down, I read the bible because that's where I find life strengthening messages. I listen to contemporary gospel music. I go to the mall with friends and I treat myself with a slice of my favorite chocolate cake or Banana split jr.
