What do you do when you're depressed?

Lots of times I'm depressed lately and I feel that's no way out.Seems like no one cares, and my family just continues to make me miserable.
Need advice!

when we are depressed, lots of things come to your mind...i m alone, no one care me, no one need me, no one in this world loves are wants me. such type of question may arises in your mind.. but you should not feel bad for these things...
every one in your family will loves you a lot, but they don't know how to express it.
if you are alone or depressed,even your family will be depressed by seeing you. they not even be knowing how to convince you.
for every failure and succes in your life your family will be back of you... my advice is to, go and share your happy and sad moments with your family. ask there opinion in every thing which you start of your work.. they'l feel very happy for that,they not even leave you alone when you depressed!!! good luck

Go out and do something you never thought you could ever get yourself to do. Something you've seen others doing, and always looked like they were having fun.
Another suggestion would be, volunteer with some local charity. One where you would be working directly with the people they help. Nothing helps you forget your own misery like helping other people out of theirs.

Hi there.
I have been in depression before and I know how it feels. It really feels like everyday, you've been consumed by depression and that we feel like there's no way out of it, that's why we couldn't function well. But I think it is better not to over analyze things, or over think on things and be negative about it. Do something that would help you get rid of all the frustrations, maybe go out on a very peaceful place, where there is fresh air, have fun, be free, if you feel like no body seem to care, try to contact your close friend, or somebody, and try to open up to them how you feel. I am sure there are people who would listen to you, and give empathize on you. Try to socialize, do the things you love to do. Listen to music that are not depressing. Those were few of the things that help me overcome depression. If you cannot open up to somebody, not even your friend or family, why not start a blog, and write down how you feel that day. Sometimes, letting out all the emotions would lessen out our worries.

I usually gofor a walk or talk to a friend about my problems. luckly I have good friends who are there for me to help me out to get over this bad moments. I think that you should try to get a friend's advice...it helps most of the times

hey,
I would like to suggest you that there is only one solution of this problem and that you can engage yourself in some work. You should be enjoy with work. You can start a work which you enjoy a lot. Give your all effort for that work give your all time and mind to that work. Earn money and then spend that money with your family. Do not make them realize that you are taking care of them. And then see you will have a great change in your image in the family.
