I would like to be able to earn more from writing articles. It just seems like it takes to long for me to think about it,organize it and then type it. Most of the time I need to be doing things online that doesn't require a lot of focus because there are so many other things going on. How do you write your good articles that you get paid for?

Writing articles is my job, and has been for quite a while now. I never dreamed I would be doing this and I never actually thought about being good at writing, but I must say that I got so used to it that it is almost like a hobby for me besides being my job. So it is so great as I am earning money by doing something I quite enjoy doing and I set my own schedules and meet so many new people - both clients who want articles to be written, as well as other writers who form my team and wto whom I supply work daily. I enjoy helping other writers explore their skills, getting better and earning money at the same time. Most are now old friends and even though we have never met in person I really got used to them as we talk practically daily by email. So if you feel you have the talent of writing, and the will to earn money by writing articles I urge you to try it out. You can also join my team if you want. We recruit on an ongoing basis and as long as you do your best keep in mind that you can do it, just like I did, and several other writers did

I did write articles and started a blog few years ago, but did not get too much traffic or get paid enough for my time. Not even enough to buy a week's groceries. If you have a site that's paying ok and want to share the name with us, I'll be thanking you a lot!

I'm glad that writing as become a hobby for you and that the job part of it is like a bonus. That is the type of job everyone should have. We would feel so much better about our work if we enjoy it more. It is also nice that you are able to set your own schedule. Keep up the good work and enjoy all that writing offers for you.

@ladynetz I had thought about starting a blog but never got around to doing it. Because like you mentioned it is hard to get traffic and to get a decent amount of earnings. It can take years of diligent effort and work with blogging to make enough that we are happy with. I prefer surveys to writing articles as most articles at good paying sites are hard to get accepted and it seems it waste a lot of my time trying to do that at certain places.

I have this problem too. I take too long to write an article because I want it to be perfect. But there's no such thing as perfection. You have to be disciplined to be able to churn out articles every day. Think of it as work that you have to do. And just do it. Start with something that requires very little research. Something that you're knowledgeable about then just write. Aim for at least one article a week and then increase your output to two articles a week and so on until you're able to write one article a day. It's going to take a lot of work.

Yeah I agree it does take a lot of work to get articles out like that. And then we want to get them out in a decent amount of time as well as earn something from them. I think I might try to write one article a weekend. And hope that it does come out good and that I make a decent amount from it.

I have been thinking about this subject for long time and I feel that I can write to earn on internet. However, I was told by some friends that it requires lot of efforts and lot of time too... so I have not started it. In fact I am not able to spare time regularly and so I hesitate in starting writing.
I heard that many people earn good income by writing. But they have been doing this constantly for a long time and perhaps that is the reason behind their succuess. I wish that I could write to earn in days to come.

Earn a little bit writing articles, I keep writing because it gives me something to do and I do like earning residual income from it. I'm going to start writing a lot but I'm busy doing a lot of other things to earn some extra money so I can't write all the time.

Yes I understand what you mean. I often feel the same way that there are other ways for me to earn income. So I try and stick with that sense it is more productive for me.It would be nice if writers were paid what they actually desire for producing great articles at different sites. But often times it isn't worth the time.

No I do not earn a decent amount from writing articles. I've received several payments from Experts Column, but none of them were over $10. The biggest payment I ever got came from Hubpages in August of last year. That payment was a little over $51, and it took me nearly a year just to earn that much. I've received several small payments from Yahoo Contributor, and Triond. Those earnings weren't really worth mentioning to be quite honest.
I have a blog that I write in weekly, but I've only earned maybe $27 dollars so far from blogging on it. It's extremely hard to have consistent traffic coming to articles and blog sites. I commend anyone out there who makes steady money from things they've written. I certainly haven't found the formula yet.

Hi dominique!
Since I am not yet lucky with blogging, I am at present concentrating in writing articles and submitting those with some article writing sites which paid us through views or share in income.
I just started with this activity and I think this can be a good start for me. I can see an improvements with my activity within a 3 weeks period. hopefully, this will continue until such time that I will have to earn a passive income.
Have a nice day!

I hope that you will be able to earn a passive income from your work as well. It's nice when we are able to earn a decent income from the work that we do online. I hope that I will be able to find something that works good for me in my efforts online. I think I will have to have patience and keep trying.

I am finally starting to get paid real money for my writing, but it has taken awhile--over a year, in fact. But just keep writing because that will help your writing get better and make you more disciplined, and the pay will come. I am not yet making enough to call it full-time, but I am getting there!
