I think the words that I long for my parents to tell me is that they are proud of me. I have never heard them say that to me despite all th honors and awards that I received since my elementary years until college and even during my promotions in my job. Although, I really did not need to hear it because I know deep inside that they are proud of me, in some way or it is what other people tell me, that my parents told them how proud they are for all the achievements that I had. I worked and studied hard for them to be proud of me. I know someday that they will tell me that.

hey, nice question! I can't really pick one. wish my parents would say all of these things to me at different occasions. They already have, but there have honestly been occasions when I wish they had said something and they didn't. Anyway, they've been awesome parents and it surely wouldn't hold anything against them!

Well, there are times that they do say they are proud of me or they care for us. As of now, I am just longing for them to say they appreciate my effort. I've been trying hard on but it seems like they don't notice it. Sometimes I think I have to go away so they would be able to realize my importance but then again, I just can't leave them because they are my parents.
