Hello to everyone into gaming!
We use to have hand helds that could only offer a particular game and that was before. Few buttons, screens that were similar to digital clock when it comes to displaying figures. Then we got acquainted with those that have multiple games in them. The usual brick game, racing and any other type of gaming that still utilized the same kind of display from before. They either run on button cells or batteries that can be bought even at variety stores.
Now, with things advancing as televisions are utilized with gaming and even the hand helds are catching up when it comes to graphic quality, the availability of such games have also developed.
From cartridges, we now have discs and in various sizes as well. We can even download games from the net as well if we want to.
As things have turned out, aside from being able to choose what type of games we like, we could also choose where to get them. Well, where do you mostly get your games? Do you still go to a store and purchase them? Either find other gamers who are selling titles that you are interested in playing or perhaps those that are second hand? Go through the net and find downloadable ones?
Please, share your thoughts. (^_^ )

In the past... i used to play games in yahoo... tip top... bookworm... literati... etc... but since i am using vista with all its so called protection... i am not able to access yahoo games anymore... so i am confined with the games that came with the software... i easily got tired of them... so i don't play games in my laptop anymore...
But with my cellphone... well i download some games through the internet where i play like 50 php... but had to stop because Smart started charging me for music and games i did not even download... so now... no more new games for me... just my ever so reliable sudoku...

Another issue with Vista huh? Too much protection that it so much protects users from fully enjoying it..? (-_-")
You pay for games on your mobile phone? Aren't they free online? I mean, get them from the internet and then connect you phone to your computer to copy the installers? I usually did that with my Nokia N-Gage often when I was still quite using it as a gaming hand held but, the battery just doesn't last long enough to satisfy my gaming crave so, I just left it as a mobile phone and music/radio player.. however, even the music/radio player can't last long with the battery.. what you get for multi-featured gadgets that don't have batteries with long lasting life span.

Hmmm, have you checked online for compatible games or applications that can be applied on your mobile phone model?
Well, as long as I there's no good or settling things being heard from the operating system, I guess I'd just stick with what we have as of the moment (^_^")

As a shop owner I must always be updated on new games. MMORPG or any other type of games. Then I will suggest my customers what kind of game they want. I will ask for their opinion of which type of game they want to play so that I can Download it over the internet. Sometimes I purchase cd installer because sometimes the games that I need to install has large amount of files. Sometimes my customer lend me their installers.

It depends on the type of games. If it's an online multiplayer game, I will have to get the original version and most probably get it from an online game shop in my country. If it's PSP or other offline PC games (which I hardly play nowadays due to my lousy PC specification), I'll most likely get it from the torrent site. However, I mostly play PS3 games now and I either borrow the original games from my friends or I get it from a local game store who does delivery. The PS3 games are not cheap though. That's why I try not to buy too much and only get those with very long lasting appeal.
