Ok, what would you choose as your way of ecercise to burn off the holiday

calories. Do you have a plan and do you have a certain way that you deal with burning off the calories and staying in shape? What is you favorite way to burn off calories. I like to excercise to music, what do you do?

I ride my stationary bike everyday while watching my soaps.

Not with my knees but when I first started using it I overdid it and gave myself "Achilles Heel" and had to get a shot from the doctor.

I would like to get another bike because I do like them and I would use it. I miss mine and I wish I would have kep it. When I get another one, I will keep it this time. Merry Christmas to you!

I had one of those bikes and over did it, because it gave me trouble with my knees. I dont think I scheduled my time right though. Have you ever had any trouble with your knees?

Well as you know my dear friend I go to the gym 5 times a week so I have no worries about having to burn any excess fat off! I do 45 minutes of cardiovascular exercise as well as weight training! So I am happy in the knowledge that I can eat what I want without putting weight on! I take my Ipod to the gym and have a great exercise regime I do which I change regularly so I don't get bored with it, I combine the treadmill, bike, cross trainer and stepper! I keep a good shape and I have even dropped a trouser size which I am proud of, it does get addictive though!

I would love to exercise to music or dance. I also would enjoy sitting in a sauna or hot tub. I have not gotten around to purchasing my Y membership yet. I intend to have it because now that I will be working days, stopping by the hot tub on the way home will be heavenly. I do not know how much weight it will help me burn, but it sure will improve my attitude. Dance is very joyful exercise, and just listening to music makes me move more, so that is why I would also choose that.

Music, makes you keep going and inspires you. Its also fun so it makes it all less boring. I dont like walking in the cold and I like indoor excercises in the wintertime. I just have changed what I do somewhat, so I dont have the locked up back issues lol

Yes, Yes, Yes, autoburn calories, great minds think alike...why cant they develop foods that can do this wooohoooooooooooo that would be awesome and I would fit into my little jeans lol all the time lol
