How does this mylot email system work?

I notice that I get a lot of emails saying that people are replying to my posts but hardly get any emails telling me when my friends post topics so that I can reply to theirs. I would like to reply to their posts as well. Is there something wrong?

I have no idea how it works. I don't get any e-mails about anything and I have a lot of friends. I also have checked for them to notify me when they start discussions.

There might be some inconsistencies with this website because i get some post discussions emailed to me from some friends but not all of them. I get response emails from just about everyone.

I was not aware that Mylot offered that feature until I read this post. It would certainly be a great help because I spend a lot of time visiting friends' profile pages in order to check if they have started any new discussions. As you can imagine this is frustrating if no new posts have been started by anyone.

yes it does because i get some emails that tell me when someone starts a new post but I don't get it for all the people in my friends list. It makes it easier to respond to posts in my opinion if i got emails for each friend.

u wont get msgs on new topic u open ne w topics n when someoen replies u get a msg....post many msga n upload imags to earn

Thank you as well. I have uploaded pictures and need to find more pictures to upload. Not comfortable with putting personal or family pictures on there.

You have to set it separately for each friend that you want to be notified. By default it's set to off so you have to turn each one on.

Thank you very much for that information. I had been doing that but somehow it keeps going back to off.
