My schedule is so off, because of all the Christmas events , that I am having some good nights but a few that are not. I just am so routined that alot of changes make me feel weird.lol I love it all but am looking forward to my normal schedules again.

Hi Melody! How are you? I usually have a hard time to sleep. I don't know if it's insomnia or due to the high level of caffeine. Lol. But I'm fine when I start to be more relax and try to think less. I have a good night. By the way I have missed you and sorry if I'm not often around, I'm still busy with my studies. I hope you still remember me. Godbless Melody! Love your new avatar by the way. Mwah!!

Hello melody. I slept late last night and I did not fall asleep until after more than half an hour. I did not get up early this morning, either. I got up at eight as I am having a rest today. I forgot whether I had a dream or not because I can not remember it at all. But a dream a night is good to our health. I read it from one of the reading passages and I am glad to know that. Enjoy yourself, Melody.

from the time that i have arrive at my home, last night is the best sleep that i have.
this past weeks i was not able to sleep well for the reason that i have a big problem or a family problem that i could not help to stop from crying and it affects my habit of sleep until the time that i let go the problem inside of me and to move on from it.
i was very contented of my sleep last night and i feel good to see the sun shining like i have still things to do for the days that i have to spend more together with my family.
and to the people who are close to me, there are still time to share the days even it is a sad or happy, this is the test of god on us all who are living in this world.

Thats a great news. But please don't feel sad and cry. Crying only makes you sad.Sometimes it does help in calming yourself but frequent crying can lead to headaches and can leave you feeling very week and vulnerable. Nothing is permanent patzel88. After the dark night morning is going to tap at your door. Cheer up and sleep well as you did last night.

Hello Melody. Actually, I do have insomnia quite often, but last night, I was sitting on the sofa trying out a new form of meditation. Didn't feel myself getting drowsey or anything. I fell asleep and slept there about 3 hrs, no disturbing dreams :) Interesting questions, by the way.

I used to suffer from insomnia... but i don't really anymore.
I've found that working out really helps with my sleeping problems.
I had an okay night last night. I guess i got some good sleep. I went to bed kind of early and woke up early too lol. it was a boring night though and i didn't get done what i wanted to do. i didn't really have any dreams either....at least not that i can remember.
