Last month we went to my province and spend some days there. My hubby who loves playing bingo occasionally ask me to accompany him on the nearest mall.. And so while he goes on to play Bingo, I browse around the mall. Since I am needing a new haircut I go to a salon recommended by my sister. She says that th salon is known as they really do great job. And so I did and was surprised that indeed they can do the hair style that I want. What surprise me more is they charge so cheap. They only charge me 40 Php!
So how about you guys? How cheap was your haircut?
(I don't want to go on with the how expensive your haircut is because I know some salons charge as high as 2k per cut)

The cheapest haircut I had cost P50 and I didn't like it. I was just in a rush to have my haircut that's why I settled in that salon and I left unsatisfied with it.
My usual hair cut costs P200-P500 and I don't pay for it. I have my older sister for my hair needs. Not that she has a salon, but we just sort of became "loyal" customers that we can enter and leave and just put it in my sister's tab.

P200-500 just for a haircut? I think i wont spend that much just to have my hair cutted. There are really lots of places where they offer a lot cheaper price and they could also cut well. I think some places just overcharge their customers maybe because their customers got used to paying that much just to have their hair cutted.

i have done my hair cut from david's salon and i have to pay for 150 php for it. though the hair cut is nice the price i think is too expensive compare to the salon i have tried before david's it only cost me 50php but there's a problem, their facilities is not that awesome because the blower didn't function well so i end up going home with a wet hair.lol. i think it's just a matter of choosing the one that would give you good service whether it's expensive or not but of course now a days we have to choose for a good service that pay less.

I once had my hair done there, I mean David's salon and not only did I have to pay the charge but I had to tip 3 persons, the one who shampooed my hair, blowdried it and of course my cutter. I know it shouldn't be compulsory, but they were all standing there around me once my hair was done. Never went there again.

my last hair cut was in david's too, but it was my first time there. It kinda felt like my money somehow went to waste because I didn't have the hair I expected to. I know someone who can cut the same way and way cheaper. I asked them to give me some layers, after the cut I asked them again for some layers and after that I still am not contented. I think it was the "three people working on you" that somehow made it expensive. I'm not going back there again.

Hi pehpot. I am glad to meet you. To tell you the truth, I get my wife to cut my hair. I am retired now and every penny is important to us so that we can have money to buy food.

40 php is really cheap for a hair cut.. Right now, it's hard to find any places in singapore that can offer such cheap hair cuts.. Even so, the cheapest will be from a barber, costing $6-$7.. lol =D While a normal saloon will be charging $10-$12 dollars.. But that doesn't guranteed a good haircut, and thus that makes it even more expensive..
SO now, i will rather cut and trim my own hair once it's long, because it saves time and money too.. haha

My hubby can get a haircut at 30.00 at a local and not so popular barbar shop.

The last time I had my haircut, all in all I paid 200 for hot oil and the cut itself. It is cheap I guess.

40 pesos?!? It is cheap! I just had a trim and hot oil in the mall and it cost me P350 (packaged). Actually that's cheap already because I have very long hair. The actual haircut costs P120. That's the cheapest I found in the malls. Hot oil costs P250 separately.
Within our neighborhood I did see a few salons that offer cheap hair cut. I wasn't able to get that coz our I came from work to the salon directly then after that I went straight to our Christmas party.

Since I was young mother cuts my hair with that I have the same hairstyle since I was in elementary. I also have a cousin who knows how to cut. And sometimes I do the cutting myself. For free, I am thankful that I need not to give so much attention on my hair. I don't' even shampoo and condition my hair everyday.

I saw a salon that offers Php35 haircuts. I haven't gone to try it out myself (I'm honestly not so sure about it LOL), but I have had a hot oil + haircut for Php100 only. The hot oil treatment was relaxing and I just had my hair trimmed and thinned out so I wasn't all that scared about it. It was actually really worth it considering my other haircuts have cost me P150 each session.

Wow that was really cheap! The cheapest haircut I had was 60 php and I do like my hair cut. But when I dont have time going to salon, I ask my Aunt to cut my hair just a trim to get rid the dry ends and my Aunt is really good at it. So I guess the cheapest haircut I had was free.

as for me, my barber only ask about 30 Php for a satisfying job he always do to my hair, that exclude a fare if he comes to my place and a snack or a meal depending on what time he appears on my house every time I call him for a home service. He's my permanent barber for a quite sometime now because I like the way he cuts proportioning the real form of my head..I was wondering where I could fine another one like him if he's going to work abroad already..well, it remains to be seen..cheers

My haircut is only ten dollars and I get my hair cut once a month.
It went up from eight dollars and then I paid also about twelve dollars.
When I was in New York City I paid about twenty-five dollars and they were all very nice to me.
It really depends on how classy a hair salon is that you want to go to.
Crocket.

Mine does not cost a single cent as my wife does a crew cut for me whenever I do need one. I have stopped going to a hairdresser. © ronaldinu 2008

I know that haircut for girls are more expensive as compared to guys haircut. My haircut i think cost around P60 and i give the baeber a tip of P10, so i spend a total of P70 per haircut. But i know there are also other barbershops that just charge around P40-50 per cut but i dont know anyone who can cut very well in those places. I had the same barber eversince i was still very small and until now he is still the one cutting my hair. hehe

acutally haircut is done only once a month depends on the person, they charge more because of their maintain, and moreover we should go to good one because if we see the money they wont use good things and other things....but better we should go regular to one place so that he can know wat haircut we need regular changing it needs to explain everything so dont bother about money v need the style and work and neatness...
