may be sleeping is good for health.but too many hours sleeping is not good for health.sleeping relieves our tensions and headaches.sleeping may good dreams which makes us happy.but too much sleeping is unhealthy and also causes more weigt.too much sleeping leads to diseases and u will become lazy.so sleep within limit hours that may be 6 to 8 hours per a day.and a nap in the afternoon time makes us fresh minded and we will do our work peacefully.

yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa i partially agree with you because sleeping is good for health but too much sleeping makes your brain for slow working condition.so limit sleeping is good for every one.............

ya sleeping is good for health..if u sleep more hours then u ll be more happy and healthy..i ll sleep nearly 8-10 hours in a day mostly i ll sleep at 1 or 2 am and woke up at 9 and if i got free then i again go to sleep at afternoon and woke up at 4 pm to drink tea after tea playing etc ita good habit to sleep much hours but some times it will leads to lazybess and make u unaware of work you have to done..

Hello suresh. Too little sleep or oversleep is not good to our health. Enough sleep is good and helpful to our health. If we sleep well with a good quality, we will be energetic for our work the whole day. Good day, friend.

I like sleeping and I think it is good for the health. I do wake up when I have slept enough. the problem is when I stay too late at night and I oversleep. Not so good for my work. Cheers!!

The experts all seem to think the 8 hours is the most healthy amount to sleep in a day. If you do not dream it can muck up your mind. Apparently dreaming clears your mind and helps you stay same. There have been experiments done on people who have been sleep deprived and they have had great difficulty in doing ordinary everyday things and when they were asked to do some sums or to solve a problem they could not do them.
