How do you fall back to sleep after you've been woke up by a bad dream? When I'm awakened by a bad dream, I continue the dream in my mind and end it in a positive way. I also practice a breathing technique that keeps me calm and relaxed. Sometimes, having a journal to write your worries can help too. Just writing down your worries would transfer them from your body to the body. And you can review them.

Yes I also like to write down my dreams and nightmares. They are incredible inspiration and can really help me create. There are also breathing techniques that help your body fall asleep and your muscles relax. Next time you try this let your body fall asleep and keep your mind awake. It takes some practice but once you get it, then dreams start to get interesting.

Let your body fall asleep and keep your mind awake? How will you do this? Do you meditate? I do believe that we have a higher self in us and with proper practice we can let do things that are not quite imaginable. Some people would call these unconcious and concious self. I'm still trying to understand these things.
What do you practice? Can you wander while you're still sleeping? See places you wan't to see? I've actually heard someone say this and I quite believe it. It's possible, you only have to have self-discipline and belief I supposed.

After a bad dream,I wipe out the perspirations on my face,Go to toilet to urinate, wash my legs and face, thank god for it is just a dream, see what time is it,lie down again in bed, think of some nice girls and fantasize a sweet dream and get into a good sleep. And I woke up next morning freshly.

When I am awakened by a bad dream, I usually end up getting up. Sometimes I make a bit of coffee and go on the computer for a while, until my mind calms down. Other times, I just sit up for a while, until I feel sleepy again. I do practice breathing techniques that help as well. I hate bad dreams, but they are a fact of life we all must face.

I don't know. I think I remember one day I woke up from a nightmare and then I just looked up for my husband and hugged him. I am not a person who can easily frightened except for that night only. I forget what the dream was about, but it frightens me a lot...
