i'm curios about the refund system of paypal so i visited paypal's FAQ to know about it..and i saw the questions like "how do i send a partial refund?" and "i would like to accept a partial refund. how will my refund be credited back to me?".
so, do you know about this refund system?..or have you used this?..why is it just partial?..why not full refund?

A refund on Paypal is the same as one in real life, if you are refunding money back to a person whom has sent it then that amount will be deducted from your paypal account. If you are recieving a refund then your account will be increased.
A full refund depends on the person sending it, so you will have to contact them if you feel you deserver a full refund
