Everyday after lunch, i'm pretty sleepy. I would like to take a nap, but my lunch time given by our company is so short that i have not enough time to take a nap. So i have to resort to coffee although i know it's not a good choice since it's not good for my health. Do you usually take a nap after lunch? If you do, what a blessed feeling!

how are you today. hope you are doing good.
i do not usually take a nap because i am a deep sleeper and i am afraid it won't just be a nap but would fall into a deep sleep and i won't wake-up after the usual 10 or 15 minute break and that would be too bad i might get caught napping/ or sleeping in the office! (LOL).

Today i also feel sleepy now although i have only two mkore hours to go. Heehee, i'm also a deep sleeper, i remember when i was still at college, whenever i have no class in the afternoon, i used to fall into a deep sleep for more than three hours with my roommates, and with our curtains closed to creat a sleepy atmosphere. And when we woke up, it had been already time to have supper!

A more-than-one-hour nap after lunch may make you tired the rest of the day, actually, a twenty-minute nap is enough to keep us awake, what's more, it really does good to our health.

Hi there Ling Ling King!
Well, I also feel sleepy after lunch but I just can't sleep especially on MWF because I have History Class. When I have the time, I nap, though.

I used to take nap before. But since I started studying in college, I seldom take nap after lunch until today that I had finished my studies. My mom always tell us before that taking nap in the afternoon can help un gain height. Well I can say that that is true.;-) happy posting!

Yeah, your mum is right! Twenty minutes' nap after lunch is enough to keep us awake and stay healthy!
