Linglingking I wake up on time for work every morning at around 6:30 am Beijing Time, and i go to bed at around 10:30 pm every evening. I think i have a regular bedtime.

Linglingking A more-than-one-hour nap after lunch may make you tired the rest of the day, actually, a twenty-minute nap is enough to keep us awake, what's more, it really does good to our health.
