Linglingking A more-than-one-hour nap after lunch may make you tired the rest of the day, actually, a twenty-minute nap is enough to keep us awake, what's more, it really does good to our health.

Linglingking Glad to hear that you are an early bird. I usually have about 7 to 8 hours a day, but sometimes i think it's not enough especially in winter ,and still, it's so cold that i'm really unwilling to get out of bed. :( Thanks for sharing your views!

Linglingking Actually i sometimes wake up before the alarm clock ringing. But i still need to have the help of my alarm clock, because i never trust my body clock, even though it sometimes works well. Setting alarm clock has become one of my daily habits.
