Oops, I have fallen down twice this morning!

This morning, i was busy looking for my cellphone in my bag and carelessly missed one step when going downstairs, then i fell down on the step, so painful! This is my first time falling this morning. And the twice is when the bus was drawing in, the driver braked hard and threw me from the upper step downto the lower step, oops, more painful! So from then on, i have a presentiment that something bad would happen today. And so it had! Today till now nothing i deal with seems to be going right! What a good presentiment of mine!
