I wake up at 7.30am and sleep at around 12am or 12.30am. My country is not cold at all. :)

It actually depends upon on what time I am working. I have different schedules, that is why i cannot tell you on what time i exactly wake up. With regard in sleeping, i sleep 1am.i am still working at home. Though sometimes sleepy, i have no choice but to go to work.

Today I woke up at 16pm. Yesterday I woke up at 10am and went to sleep at 3am (?).
I suffer from insomnia a little bit. But it is not that serious, at least: no big damages to my health or mood (yet). Maybe in future, but at the moment everything is just fine. And I enjoy that.

I woke up really early this morning and it was freezing cold because of the airconditioning. I miss sleeping in an airconditioned room. Cheers!!

I get up early morning around 05.30 and go to bed by 10.30. Rather a routine and body clock maintains it.

I wake up on time for work every morning at around 6:30 am Beijing Time, and i go to bed at around 10:30 pm every evening. I think i have a regular bedtime.

I think it lies on our family, school or jobs time and distance.
For me when I'm a college student I always went to sleep at 11 pm and got up at 7:30 am for classes. And when I began to work and had no baby I went to sleep at 10pm and got up at 7 am for a 9am work beginning. But now I have my baby and have to work at 8:30am so I go to bed at 9pm and play with him for a while then go to sleep. For not being late for work I have to get up at 6:30am now, it needs about one hour on the way to work place.
But I usually get up at 8am at the weekend. It's a happy time especially in winter.
