my cats are stil not getting on after 3 months any ideas please?

Some of you may know we got a kitten around 3-4 months ago and my other cat nemo and him are stil not getting on, nemo avoids boots totally and if they come into contact with each other they takes swipes at each other and dont seem to get on at all :(
they are both male, nemo is 4 and boots is 5 months
any ideas on how i can help them to become friends?

I had this problem years ago when my husband and I met. He had two female cats and I had a male kitten. The female cats did not want any parts of the male kitten. They would swat at him and hiss and he just wanted to be friends with them. It probably took about 4 or 5 months before they tolerated each other. We just kept them around each other a lot until they got used to each other.
