LOL! I like that question. xD
I don't know but it's REALLY annoying. Why can't we just keep it at one time? It gets dark at 5 now! It's so bad. And we make our children wake up at 6 am to go to school... it's way too early for anyone to think.

I agree with Tellknow1, that's an excellent answer!
I know daylight saving came in during the World War, but I don't know why we've still got it.

I haven't got an answer to your question, but the people in Japan and Iceland are saving themselves the trouble of switching their clocks back and forth. Why can't we all do that?
