I finally Got me an apartment!

I am so excited.I got the call that i have been waiting for,i was approved for my new apartment..It is brand new ,i will be the first to live there.It is a new building and it has a new stove, refrigerator,micro wave & a new washer & dryer..I will only be paying $288.00 a month plus my lights.I can hardly wait...Thes apartment s are so nice..It has a huge lobby and i will be on the third floor but we do not have to walk stairs.It has elevators....I will be signing my lease tommorro and hopefully moving in by the weekend..I just cannot contain my self i am so excited...I have been living with my daughter since "Ike" and as wonderful as they have been ,i am looking forward to my own space////\\\\

Moving into a house or apartment where no one else has lived is the greatest feeling in the world. It sounds like it is affordable, too.
I had to move in with my daughter several months ago and I do miss having a place of my own. I wish there was something like that around here.

I feel so blessed to have found this place...I had my application in at two places & i just ask God to let me get the one that was meant for me & they called today & i am approved..Thank you so much.I could not be happier..I have to say living with my daughter & being close to the grandchildren has been great & she would like me to remain here but i just want my space..It is close to my daughter though so i am very happy...

I know how you feel about your apartment. My husband and I had to live with his parents for almost a year, and I was absolutely ecstatic when we were able to move into our own place. It was great to live in a place where you didn't have to answer to much of anyone since everything in the rooms were your own.

good news also i had a pt in usa so i sold it out and came to india for further studies but i like the lifestyle of us so i am being sad leaving that beautiful and wonderful country and even well developed and have many policies to improve the needs of the peoples

I can hear your excitement. I can see you doing the happy dance. I am so happy for you. I know how it feels. I was really excited when the kids found their own place. it so nice to have your own space again. On to the next chapter of your life. Thats great to live in a new place plus the rent sounds really good. Good luck.

The rent is very reasonable & locked in for a year,they go by your income...I just feel so great & i cannot wait..I doubt that i will sleep much tonight because i am so excited...Thank you Polly,you are always supportive & i appreciate your friendship..

Oh WOW! What a good omen...what a great thing to happen. Fresh and new, that's such an amazing opportunity...no matter what goes wrong from here on in you will have a lot to still be thankful for.

Well congratulations to you on your new apartment. It sounds like you are really getting a lot for such a reasonable rent. the apartment sounds really nice, you seem to have everything in there that you will need. Hi Slickcut, I'm so happy for you...I can imagine that feeling of excitement, anticipation of moving into a place of your own, a brand new place. I remembered when I moved into the very first place I owned, an apartment too. The planning months before, shopping and buying things, and finally the moving in. Have fun!

Good for you!! That is a great feeling I'm sure although I have never lived in a brand new building.
I'm sure you can now relate to the happiness your daughter felt when she 'deserted' you and moved out of your house into her own, real life, private accommodation! haha
I remember it well when I 'flew the nest' and that was nearly 50 years ago!!

Congratulations! This is really a good news. I am glad that you finally found a place of your own. When you are already used to having your own private space, it is never easy to live with someone even if that someone happens to be your own daughter. I hope that you will have really great time living in your new apartment.
