Need Ebay users help...

It depends on your country's rules and whether you're going to be shipping internationally or not. According to Ebay's rules, they do have an alternative for sellers who don't have a credit card or debit card to verify themselves via this thing called ID Verify (link: http://pages.ebay.com/services/buyandsell/idverify-login.html ) as they mentioned on their site. I don't know how that one goes as I've never used it. Good luck!

I'm not sure how you verify Paypal, but I know I've had my account since 2005, so I must have done it at one point! I'm pretty sure you can't use ebay without verifying first, and I know you can't use ebay without paypal at all. Don't you use Paypal on here?
