your wife/hubby/SO? Everyone says that my daughter is a good mix of both my hubby and myself. There are days I look at her and it is like looking into a mirror. Then there are other days where she looks just like my hubby. I guess this question is on my mind because I get to see what my son looks like Tomorrow. I know that he will change over time, but I still can't wait to get a good look.

well, everyone said my son used to look like his father but as he grew up, he slowly changed. they say he looks more like me now though at times, we can see glimpses of his father.
as for my daughter, she's purely my hubby or his father or sister. nothing at all like me sigh hehe oh well, it's said (just a superstition) that boys who look like their mom and daughters who look like their dad are lucky. it's good basically. but who knows, children change over time just as you said.

As parents of our children, we are very much sure that each and everyone of them may resemble our traits for it is that genes of us that run in our offspring.Usually we hear people say you are a look a- like of your children. Of all my children I consider my youngest daughter resembles me much. She is not only a true copy but a fax of me.At times she is in interaction with the people I knew then, When I have a chance to meet them and introduced them that she is my daughter. They will react as they knew it before hand that she is my daughter. However I have to accept the fact that as young as she is, she is much more energetic as I am today.I thank the LORD for giving me a kid like her for it reminds me of my youthful days.Love you BABY!

My teenage son resembles me the most. he has my olive skin coloring, my deep dark brown eyes and my dark colord hair. He has my skin condition. But his nose and chin, and broad shoulders he gets from his father. But his height he gets from my side. Because his dad was a short man.
Now my middle son is a splitting image of his father. Except he has my brown eyes.
My daughter looks alot like me.But you can see her father in her as well. You look at my two younger ones and you can tell they are brother and sister. They both have fair skin like their father. But both tan very well.

I have two sons, elder one resembles his father and the younger is on me but surprisingly their nature is just the contrast. Elder's nature is on me and younger's on his father.

My lil guys are spitting images of their father. Its actually scary. Everyone says that they are mini me's of my husband. My oldest has blonde hair which I had as a baby as well, but both mine and my hubbys hair is dark brown, as well as my youngest. I find they look more like my sister in law than they do me. They both have my ears and my oldest has my lips, but thats about it.

I have two sons...and my older one resembles me and my younger one resembles my husband. So, we've got one resembling each of us...both happy...lol. No complaints...though I would prefer siblings who resemble each other rather than siblings who resembled either parent(unless of course, they resembled the same parent..hehehe)

I think my 11 year old son looks like both my husband and I. I've been told that my 8 year old son looks a lot more like me than my 11 year old son, though I didn't really believe it until I saw some pictures of us together. I have to say, my 8 year old son does look a lot like me, other than the hair color, that is!

How exciting tomorrow will be for you, ersmommy1.
My son looks exactly, I mean exactly like my husband. It does not appear that I was even involved in the process.
He has expressions on his face that are completely mine and he has my laugh. I'll take whatever I can get. It's just not fair.

Your baby is adorable!
I'm happy that you were able to post a photo
of both your lovely children.
My own daughter is something of an enigma.
I think she might look like me when
I was a little girl.
I have some photos of that time, but mostly
they are faded out from time.
She was born with gorgeous platinum hair that turned
dishwater blond over time. My own hair is dark brown and
used to be more reddish brown.
And, when she was around one year old, her
hair started curly.
I know that she gets the curly hair from my spouse.
His hair was also blond when he was a baby and
has always been fairly light.
She has my spunky attitude about not wanting
to be told what to do.
I think that I was always hard headed and
more prone to take a suggestion rather than
an order. She gets that from me.
She's the same way.
She's very good with subtle suggestions and saying
things in a round about way.
For instance, just a minute ago, she asked for Lays
potato chips as a snack. Being in the middle of
this post, I said OK that I'd do it in a minute.
Guess it took me longer to type this than I thought
cause just now, she said to herself,
"Would you be quiet stomach!", presumably talking
to her rumbling tummy.
Yeah! Real subtle.

Congratulations on tomorrow. I cannot wait for you. You must be excited and I really wish you all the best.
I have four daughters. Well my eldest looks like me a little and also her Dad. She has my nature of being soft. She also has my hazel eyes but is tall and I am short.
My second daughter is like her dad when she smiles but really is me looking back. She could be my twin but has big blue eyes and pure blonde hair. She is the same height as me also. She is natured and out going like her Dad.
My third daughter is the double of me. She has blue eyes though but is me in every single way. She has blonde hair. Even her nature is me. She has no features of her Dads at all.
Now my youngest is the milkmans. LOL. She looks nothing like me or her father except she has dark brown hair and really dark eyes like her Dad. I really do not know where she came from. We called her Eboney as she was so dark when she was born. She really is a lovely natured and quiet child.
Take care. I wish you well.

Well my daughter was born looking like my mother. As as she has grown she has started to look and act more like me. She is red like me and has the same hair color as myself. She is built like her father, that is the only thing she has for him.

When my hubby and I first got together everyone would say how we looked like we were related. When our first baby was born she looked so much like me and she still does. She has shorter legs and is built like hubby. My second daughter looks like my hubby but she is built more like me skinny and long legs. I have trouble finding her jeans just like my mom had trouble finding me jeans when I was young b/c of the same reasons. Now a days its a bit easier b/c they make the jeans fitted which helps out so much. When I was younger I would have to wear boy jeans.

I have 4 grown children and I think that 3 of them resemble their father's side of the family and only my second daughter is more like my side of the family. My second daughter often reminds me of my sister who passed away in 2000 and once in a while I will call her by her name, but not to her face, just when I am referring to her. It is a strange thing since she does resemble her so much. Another strange thing is that I have children born in the same order as my sisters, brother and I, except that there were 6 of us, so I always say that I didn't have my 2 younger sisters.

now that they are older, they both favor their dad's more. my oldest always looked more like her dad. my youngest looked more like me when she was little, but favors her dad more now. with me and my sister, i always looked more like dad and she favored mom.

my baby girl did not resemble me rather she resembled my sister inlaw with her complexion but on the head and face she resembles me. I love her because she is my first born. She loves playing with me and I keep asking myself why she did not resemble me.

Well other people say that my daughter looks like both me and my husband, but she resembles me more and she looks just like me when I was her age. From the moment she was born she has been the splitting image of me when I was a baby and now she's 9 months young. She still looks like me now although she shares a couple of her dad's features too, like his eyebrows.
