if you could chose one superpower, what would you want?

I follow "Heroes" and love to see how regular people can be given powers. One can fly, one can heal itself, one can run fast, stop the time, go back and forth in time and space. Wouldn't it be lovely to be able to have some superpowers from time to time? And help those in need - not to destroy the world, but help. What would you chose and how would you use it?
