We have a chinese resturant not far from us here in Ohio (usa) that has a nightly special of all you want to eat for $9.95, I love to go there. They have steamed Alaskan Crab Legs and I love the egg rolls and the egg drop soup. There are many things on the menu that I would like to try but I think the looks keeps us from even trying them. I love Shrimp fried rice, and crab rangon or how ever you spell it is my favorite. Little wrappers with the cream cheese and chives inside. Any thing with shrimp in it is good. I dont' care much for the chicken and pork, but I do love sweet and sour pork. I would rather eat there than any place around.

I would love to buy some property beside that restaurant. I can eat there everyday. I'm a fan of Yangchow fried rice, dimsum and salt and pepper shrimps and crabs. Chinese food has very good pork and seafood dishes.

Well I am glad you do not eat that any more. I thought it was so cruel of people to just cut off the fins and throw them back.
I like peking duck and I suppose next to that would be lemon chicken. I quite like good Chinese food but it is very hard to get where we live now as we do not have a good Chinese restaurant in our town.

I love all Chinese food, or, at least, Westernised Chinese food, but I am extremely partial to Peking Duck. The richness and the traditional sauce just do it for me.

I have never eaten anything like that. The most I do is chicken, beef and pork with Chinese food and those aren't delicacies.

Yeah, it has got to be Shark's fin for me too.. lol =D Though it's expensive, but it's definitely worth the money for it.. The only problem is, there are so mnay fake ones selling around, with everybody claiming that theirs is the authentic one, so it's really hard to differentiate.. haha =D
But still, that will not stop me from eating it, and due to the price of it, i will only eat it once in a while.. haha =D

I'm glad to hear that you don't eat shark fin soup anymore. The environment is very important to me. As a child I really liked sharks so I studied them. I learned that many sharks were killed just for their fins for this soup. It contributed to some of them being endangered.
I'm not sure what my favourite chinese delicacy is as I haven't really tried many. I tried squid feet. Those were good. I also had pork intestine. that was really good as well.

I like Peking Duck and I rarely get a taste of this since for one it is hard to find here in the Philippines and it is expensive. I also like the Chinese fried rice and it is a good thing that it is easy to cook.
I really love Chinese food especially their dimsum. I can eat dimsum for a whole month I think.
