Address change and ebay frustration!

I've been a member of Ebay for nearly 10 years now. I sold and bought stuff on this site all of the time. I just moved to England and changed my mailing address on the site. So, since I live in the UK I went to the ebay UK site. Since then I'm constantly get emails from ebay saying my account was hacked. No, it's not spam email because on ebay.com in my mail it says the same thing. So I go on the site, change my password, and everything they tell me too. Well, everytime I log into the ebay UK I get the same email. It's getting annoying! Anyone else have this kind of problem?
