gohan2091 I feel bad for the elderly in nursing homes. They don't move about much (bad because movement signals bone building) they don't get much sunlight, are omega 3 deficient, with very little magnesium in their diet and they are taking all kinds of harmful drugs....

gohan2091 Magnesium and Calcium needs to be in the correction ratio or you will have a bias and the mineral ratio will get out of balance. What the ratio actually is between Magnesium and Calcium is another question... some say it's 1:1, some 2:1, some even 3 or 4:1.
