Christmas themed avatar. It's still my crystal gazing black kitty avatar but with a twist. I've been inspired by some of your folks who have changed your avatars to more Christmas themed ones, so figured, what the heck??..You can get a better view of my avatar on my profile page, but as you can see I've added a Santa's cap, Christmas tree, and a few candy canes....mmm...wonder if my real kitty Pyewacket would like a Santa's cap?? Nah..probably hate it.
So have any of you changed your avatars to be seasonal??? I've noticed a few here of my friends have....but if you haven't are you thinking of maybe doing one on a Christmas theme???

Santa's hat! How do you do that stuff? That looks like it's
been there the whole time! Everything fits in there perfectly!
Maybe you could add a Santa hat to my Opal? I don't know! I'm
not even going to try to mess with that since it took me
forever to get that avatar! Someday I just might learn how
to do that stuff! I just don't know when! I'm still trying
to do e-cards and comments! I'm just too lame! I just really
love Pye in the Santa Hat with the tree and candy canes!

I did that all courtesy of Photoshop...heehee...got a separate image of a santa's hat, then candy cane, and tree. Had to resize everything, did a "lasso tool" around the images to copy them...transferred them to the regular avatar, resized and transformed them to get them at the right spot...and viola....mmmm....maybe I'll see if I can transform your image...LOL

Hi pye,
Awwwww that is so cute, yes I have notice that many mylotters have chaned their avatar to a Christmas theyme and I think its reaaly great, but I love my Unicorn so much and I think its so magical and chrhrstmas time is magical for me so I won't change it. Pyewacket looks so sweet with her santa's hat on, love the tree and candies too. Bright Blessings.

Oh how cute a Christmassy Pye!!! You are so talented! NO, I've never learned
to do all of that cool stuff, what program did you use to do that my dear?
Adobe or something? I do well to crop and maybe add some color to my pics, that's
about it....I always wanted to learn to do that cool stuff just haven't yet DUH!
BUT Pye looks so cute there with the itty bitty tree, and candy canes and the cute
Santa hat...LOL!! Now try all of that with your "real Pye" and show us that photo

I have PhotoElements 4..the uh, cheaper version of Photoshop..but does the trick of changing photos if I want. Yup I bet my real Pyewacket would absolutely hate wearing a Santa's hat. Nah, he wouldn't claw me, but might hiss at me...Sometimes if I give him one to many kisses on his head he looks up at me and hisses....know what I do? I hiss back at him and he looks at me like I'm nuts...LOL

I absolutely love it! The hat is adorable, and the candy canes and tree certainly round out the holiday theme. I think though, that what I like the most is the expression on the cat's face. To me it looks like she's saying, "You better be good for Christmas.....or else...and I'm watching you!" The intensity of her stare tells me that she means it, so DARN! I better be good...

Oh, this is so cute. There is no room for Pye to play, all Christmas decorations are taking the whole room.
I have to say that your avatar hat looks similar with Transdisc hat....

I love the new look of your avatar! Do you think it would be possible to do that with my Cheshire...even if the hat doesn't disappear when he does? I don't know how to do that kind of stuff. Would you maybe be willing to do it for me? Pretty pretty please?

I've recently seen your avatar Katlady, on an avatar download site somewhere. I'll try to find it. And you know, if you put a hat on your cat, it would be so cool to see the cat disappear but not the hat! LOL I'll get back to you (it will be next week though) and let you know where your avatar can be found and if it can be modified. But by then it will be time to put a New Year's hat on it! LOL

Thanks, but that's not my living room nor my tree, it's just a background that I made on a myspace editor site thingy...My tree is decorated with clear lights and blue and silver ornaments and tinsel garland that is both blue and silver. And I only wish I had a fire place that I could hang my Christmas stockings by!....Though I will have a fire place in my living room when we buy a house, even if it's just one of those fake ones...I just want it so I can actually hang the stockings off the mantel at Christmas time, hehe...

LOL pye, you are soooooooo cute!
On my computer the santa hat on the black cat with the 'white' eyes (it's how it looks to me), gave me quite a start when I first saw it!lol But I love the tree and candycanes right there with the crystal ball. Great juxtaposition!
Have a Happy Holiday sweets and see you in the New Year........but only if you see me first in that crystal ball! ROFL

I haven't really changed my avatar in the four years I've been using it everywhere and never really thought of adding a Christmas theme to it until now

Hi pye,
I love it! Very festive. It hadn't even occurred to me to change mine, until a good friend 'here' offered to help me. She had several seasonal themed ones herself, and kept changing them. She also helped one other person that I know, to do this. I think it's a fun thing to do.

It's always nice to be an inspiration. The "cuddly bear" goes without saying, as he's such a special myLot member. He too got an 'assist' with his avatar, from 'our' mutual friend here.

Hi someonesmom...always glad to see you. I love the way your avatar is...your one of the reasons I was thinking of changing my avatar to a Christmas theme one....you and a cuddly bear who wears a santa's cap
By the way...will look up those other pages up for you about AnnaBelle's condition and scan as soon as possible...maybe over the weekend...still have a million things to do these next few days...but then I like being busy....lol...I think I better give up on the idea of having "normal" hours..still too much of the night owl

Yeah it is very festive! I have not done a festive avatar, I did change it though to a pic of me, thought I would put myself on here for a change. I may change it again for a more christmassy one, my christmas tree is rather nice a fibre optic one maybe I could take a pic of that and put that on. That would be festive enough!!

LOL its actually cyber purple but it was takin so long to wash all the dye out that I left it so in the pic the purple is not detectable! Now that I have washed it a few times it is more noticable.

I adore your Christmas-themed avatar, Pye - the little tree is really sweet. I haven't changed mine because I'm not that talented with the Photoshop effects! Took me long enough getting my avatar organised in the first place; if I mucked around with it I'd probably wipe out half of myLot by mistake!
