Do you skip it? Or do you listen to the health experts who say it's the most important meal of the day and that you shouldn't skip it? When I was in high school I would skip breakfast all the time. I had class at 7:30 and eating at 6 in the morning was too early for me to be putting food in my stomach. It'd always be hard to eat. I'd always eat a cereal bar or granola though at 9 during my second class. Now I'm in college I try to eat a bowl of cereal or a bagel with cream cheese every morning so that I don't have to buy food while I'm on campus. How about all you?

I believe the health experts. I need to have something in my system before I can do anything productive. It's literally fuel with humans. I don't see how people can skip breakfast. I believe it truly is the most important meal of the day.

I use to have breakfast at school. It used to be burger, nuggets, fries, sandwich etc. Mom use to prepare it for me. But now i am living in a foreign country and its almost impossible to reach my class on time so there is no question of making breakfast in the morning. I usually have a glass of milk and nothing else.

I'm generally never up extremely early in the morning so I usually skip breakfast and usually eat lunch when I do get up. If I do have to get up in the morning, sometimes I don't eat anything, sometimes I do eat a bit of something but it's not what people would consider breakfast food. I eat like cereal bars or something.

I always eat breakfast. I keep hot cereals and granola bars in my desk at work, or will visit the company's cafeteria for a yogurt or toast some mornings. I find that it helps wake me up and keep me focused throughout the day.

I skip breakfast way more then I really should do, it is the most important meal of the day (so I have heard) When I wake up in the morning I just don't really feel like eating much, my main thoughts are on making a lovely cup of tea.

I used to skip breakfast when I was still studying. I used to think that it´s a waste of my time since I need to go to school early or I´d need to be in the hospital before the sun comes. I rarely eat in the canteen, too. I always prefer clean and safe foods, and it´s okay if I had to wait until afternoon.
Now that I am no longer studying, I take my time with food. Breakfast is always part of my meal now. I guess it´s more of a time issue that I didn´t take it before.

most days i do eat breakfast because i have found if i do not eat it i am ravenously hungry for lunch and then overeat or eat whatever i can get to quickest. as i am trying to lose weight that is not a good thing for me. if i have a busy day ahead i at breakfast before the craziness starts as i do not know when i will get a chance to eat properly again. on days where things are not so hectic, like on sundays if i am not hungry in the morning i do not eat until i actually feel hungry because i can stop what i am doing at any time and eat properly. i never used to eat breakfast until i got pregnant and then i had to eat regularly for the baby's sake and it then became a habit. i do insist my son eat breakfast on school mornings but if he has no school and is not hungry for breakfast i do not push it as i do not want him to eat if he is not hungry as he has a tendency to gain easily as do i.

Before when I was studying I used to skip my breakfast coz I woke up 30 minutes before my classes starts, that's why I have no time to eat breakfast. It's bad to skip meal not only breakfast coz you might get sick. That's what happened to me before, I got ulcer. I have to take up different kinds of medicine. So you better not skip any kind of meal.

my work usually requires staying up late nights. its not uncommon for me to have something heavy to eat late at night or even past midnight. at these times, i normally still feel heavy upon waking up in the morning. this setup makes me skip breakfast a lot.
during weekends where i don't have to stay up late nights, i end up waking with a voracious appetite. this leads me to eat not just your oridnary breakfast, but a very, very heavy breakfast. hehehe

Am really poor at this. I want to take my breakfasts regularly. But am really very lazy at that. Every night I sleep I take an owe to wake up early and take my breakfast. But, in the morning my laziness takes over me and I just skip it for no reason other than laziness.

I don't listen to the experts. I listen to my stomach! LOL I try not to skip breakfast, but sometimes my stomach doesn't wake up right away, and by the time it does it is time for lunch.

As you know, Breafast is the most important meal in a day. Thus, I don't skip it! If the worst comes to the worst, I will drink some milk though it is not that reasonable either!

Hi Vanonas, when I was in high school, my breakfast always prepared by my mother from the early morning around 5:30 am, I wake up 6am, after I take my bath and brush my teeth, it will be around 6:30am, then I start eating my breakfast, some time my breakfast will be bread, noodles soup, fried noodle, fried rice or cake. I always eat breakfast because it prepared by my mother, so I can not refuse my mother, so I eat.

A coach told me that the best breakfast is meat and nuts. So, I drink some soya milk and eat a handful of nuts (the spicy salty kind) every morning. I never skip breakfast. It more unhealthy to skip breakfast than it is to eat something unhealthy for breakfast.
