recently i was working at a nursing home and we know that they are always short staffed but we try to make do with the staff that we have so let me tell you about the first verbal warning that i recieved .... i was out of town...

tlaquan yes and i know that but the first time it was a verbal warning and then they just skipped the rest of the steps and just fired me .... it was three more steps after the verbal and that is the policy

tlaquan i think that boys should know thier way around the kitchen and i made sure that my boys know how to make simple things at the age of 12 and know they can fry food and thing to that nature i have not taught them about baking we are on the now .boys need to grow...
