Are you sacred to get married

I know that i am I have been with the same guy for 5 yrs and im scared to marry him he has asked plenty of times but i dont think that im ready for that I think that if we were to get married that every thing would change for the worst and i dont want that . What i want to know is how can you tell when is the right time to get married and how can you tell that he or she is the right person for you . I think im clueless when it comes to things like that but i would really like to know what you guys think
